Almost There!
What a week-end… Packers win to go to the Super Bowl! There’s a new member of The Cornerstone extended family!! And, The Cornerstone is hopping!!!

A Head of Steam
Now we’re really moving! Not only is the building really coming together, but our retailers have built some real momentum. Alterra, North Star American Bistro, Thief and Boutique B’lou are feverishly building out their spaces.

Happy 4th!!
We hope everyone has a safe and fun-filled holiday weekend. There’s certainly lots to do in Shorewood and Whitefish Bay, including parades, cook-outs and fireworks.
Things are progressing beautifully here at The Cornerstone. We continue to lease apartments and are pleased to be able to welcome families with children in the Shorewood OR Whitefish Bay school districts!

Working Together
We’re thrilled that the Public Policy Forum is recognizing Whitefish Bay and Shorewood for their terrific cooperative efforts to facilitate our development here at The Cornerstone. On June 17, at the annual award presentation, Whitefish Bay and Shorewood will receive the award for Intergovernmental Cooperation.

Things are looking up
May 18 and things are flying along at The Cornerstone. The third floor is being framed as I type, and we’ve signed our first apartment leases! In just 30 days we’ll turn spaces over to our retailers so they can start their build-out. Everything points to a VERY festive Labor Day week-end.
